Maintenance  Policy

On the premise that the disassembly, assembly and maintenance of the equipment are completed by professionals assigned by our company, and the use of the equipment is strictly in accordance with the instructions, Shenzhen Sunway Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. is only responsible for the safety, reliability and performance of the equipment.


1. The whole machine shall be repaired for 18 months.

2, accessories and battery repair for 12 months. (Applicable to various models: power supply, display, probe, motherboard, control panel, signal board, conversion board).

3. During the warranty period, our company provides all quality-related free maintenance services (including replacement of spare parts); normal charges outside the warranty period to ensure customers' long-term equipment efficiency and return on investment.

4. Maintenance response During the warranty period, if the equipment of our company fails, we will respond within 2 hours, and send professional maintenance engineers to the user site for maintenance within 48 hours. After troubleshooting, our maintenance personnel will fill in the "User Service Feedback Card".

5, regular maintenance and return visits to our company's products to implement maintenance, maintenance and reasonable provision of spare parts. Our company has maintenance stations all over the country. Each maintenance station is managed and trained by the after-sales service center of the company's headquarters. Every year, maintenance engineers will regularly pay 1-2 return visits to the use quality of the machine, and timely give technical guidance on the use and maintenance, so that our products can be used normally.

6. Installation training If the company's products are installed and used, users will be provided with free training on the basic principles of equipment, installation, commissioning, operation, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
